Headlands & Co ("Headlands," "we," "us") is a small digital studio in the Los Angeles area. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website (chiefly the free Visibility Scorecard form) and what we do with it. We keep it deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

When you request a Visibility Scorecard, we collect what you type into the form: your business name, city, email address, and your website URL if you choose to add it. We also record the date and time of the request. We do not ask for sensitive personal information.

This site runs no advertising trackers and sets no analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them. That’s standard web-font delivery, nothing more.

How we use it

• To prepare and send you the Visibility Scorecard you asked for.
• To follow up about your results and how we might help. You can tell us to stop anytime.

That is all. We do not use your information for anything you did not ask for.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

Form submissions are kept in our customer records, hosted on our behalf by Airtable, a third-party database provider. Access is limited to Headlands. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the studio (such as our database and email tools), and only as needed for the purposes above.

Your choices

Email jared@headlandsandco.com anytime to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll honor the request promptly. To stop follow-up emails, reply "stop" to any of them.
